How To Get Your Free Company Logo On Your Greeting Cards
 

Adding your logo to your greeting cards is free of charge with any bulk order of 5 (or more) recipients. There are a few simple steps to follow before we’re ready to print your logo or image on the inside of your card.
 

If you’d prefer, you can also send cards you can print yourself with your orders.
 
 

Logo Printing Policy
 

When you choose to have your logo printed on your cards please be aware of the following:
 

  • You will want to place your order early to ensure your gifts arrive on your chosen delivery date. Adding printed logos to your corporate cake gifts will add 7 business days from the time of payment to the time needed to deliver your order.
  • We will only print what you send us — your images will not be edited.
  • We are able to provide free color printing services in nearly all countries. However, in some rare instances, your card may be printed in grayscale. Please ask your corporate gifting specialist about details before placing your order.
  • Your greeting cards will always look professional, designed to match the occasion you are sending for. However, the design, size, and decor may vary in different regions due to season and availability.
  • It is best for you to send a complete image, with your gift card text and logo laid out as you’d like them to appear. However, we will accept just your logo. Keep in mind images must be high-quality JPEG, PNG, or TIFF files with 300 dpi or more.
     
     

Image Requirements
 

In order for your image or logo to turn out correctly, we must have a high-quality image file to work with. This means your file must:
 

  • Have artwork with high color contrast, with no gradients, halftones, screens, or shadowed or bold type styles.
  • All strokes and outlines should be 1 point or greater.
  • Very fine and intricate details cannot be clearly reproduced. Anything within 1/16” on finished art will fill in.
  • All artwork must be high-quality JPEG, PNG, or TIFF files with 300 dpi or more.
  • Fonts must be 12 pts or larger to be clearly printed.
     

Additionally, you will need to let us know if your artwork supplied is to size or not. If it is not to size, please indicate what size the final product should be (for example 1 1/4” wide). We can enlarge or reduce artwork at no charge. When you do not specify the size, or ask for it to be sized to fit the card, the factory will use its best judgment to get a quality print.
 
 

Sending Your Own Cards
 

If you would prefer to send us your own already printed greeting cards, or other branded merchandise, to include with your corporate cake gift we are happy to accommodate you. We are able to do this in most countries, though you will need to place your order at least 2-3 weeks in advance to allow time for shipping your items to be packaged with your gifts.
