The short answer is yes — but with some restrictions.

While some items from our catalog are available for international delivery, there can be significant variations in our offerings depending on the region.

If a specific item isn’t available in a particular country on your list, don’t worry. We might have a similar alternative available. If you’re ordering more than three gifts at once then: YES. Don’t worry, we’re here to assist. Whether it’s helping you pick the perfect gifts, incorporating your corporate logo, or ensuring timely delivery, we’ve got you covered. We kindly request that you use our official Bulk Order Form or Google Spreadsheet for such orders.

Can I add my company’s logo?
 

Absolutely! You can include your company’s logo, slogan, and other branding materials for FREE, printed on the gift card that comes with each order. Learn more about adding your logo to gifts here.
 
 

How do I incorporate my company’s logo?
 

Send your high quality (300 dpi) .JPEG, .PNG, or .TIFF files along with your order. Please allow an additional 7 business days from the date of payment, in addition to regional shipping times, for deliveries logo printing.
 
 

If I order for multiple recipients to the same address: will I have to pay a separate delivery fee?
 

Due to shipping considerations, there may be instances where gifts are shipped separately, even if multiple items are ordered together. When this occurs, individual delivery fees will be applicable. However, when shipping to multiple recipients at a single address, we might offer a shipping discount. Regardless of the scenario, we provide a corporate discount based on your order volume. There’s something wrong with my order. What are you going to do about it?
 

Kindly provide detailed information regarding the issue with your order. It would be beneficial if you could specify what was delivered, describe its packaging, and, if possible, share a photo of the delivered item. We will conduct a thorough investigation into the matter and get back to you within 24-48 hours.
 
 

Do the prices include shipping, taxes and customs duties?
 

Our pricing covers taxes, customs, and duties, but shipping costs are separate. For certain orders with multiple items being sent to the same location, we may offer a discount on shipping.
 
 

How to order for the same people I sent gifts to last year?
 

If you placed a bulk order last year, simply contact us and we can either send you an updated version of your bulk order form with your recipients already in it, or a list of your recipients with their addresses and phone numbers. Simply verify that their contact information is still current, add/delete some recipients, choose your gifts, and send your order back to us for processing.
 
 

How do I apply my discount?
 

When submitting your bulk order, please mention in your email if you’d like us to determine your discount or if you have a specific discount code to apply. If you don’t have a code, our corporate discounts are determined by the size of your order. For individual orders, you can input a discount code directly on the order form after filling in your order specifics.
 
 

Do you ship from abroad (in connection with customs) or locally?
 

We operate warehouses in every country (or region) we cater to, ensuring minimal shipping times and costs. As a result, you can be at ease without concerns about customs or duties. For areas like the European Union or other regions with open borders, we dispatch from 2-3 strategically placed warehouses to guarantee swift deliveries.
 
 

Can I send multiple gifts at the same time?
 

Of course! We specialize in large orders to multiple recipients. Simply download our electronic bulk order form, fill out the order form with your gift selections; your recipients’ information including names, addresses, and phone numbers; and email it back to us for processing. We’ll email you shortly to confirm your order and process your payment.
 
 

Can I send gifts to non-traditional locations?
 

Absolutely! We can deliver your gifts to hotel and hospital rooms, as well as to schools and cruise ships.
