I wanted to share my experience ordering a Valentine’s Day muffin box to Argentina. This was actually my second order. The first time, everything was perfect — the muffins even arrived earlier than expected (probably thanks to the holiday schedule) and were delivered straight to the hotel room door. So I already had a great impression. For Valentine’s Day, I ordered another box. Unfortunately, it didn’t arrive on Saturday as planned — most likely because the local post office doesn’t operate on weekends. The delivery was then made on Monday to the hotel reception, as per hotel policy (they don’t allow deliveries directly to guest rooms or because delivery was early morning and I asked to bring it after 15:00). There was a bit of confusion when the receptionist accidentally passed the muffins to the wrong room, and for a while we couldn’t understand why the delivery hadn’t shown up. It was definitely an unpleasant and stressful situation. However, Alex Paet was in touch with me from the very beginning, responding quickly and staying supportive throughout the whole process. Once the mix-up was sorted out, Alex kindly arranged a second delivery for us free of charge saying “ A gift only really matters because there is a person waiting for it, and another person far away who wanted to make them feel remembered”😭😭 That level of care and responsibility truly deserves recognition and appreciation. So yes — unexpected situations can happen, especially with international deliveries and hotel policies. But what really matters is how they are handled. In this case, the customer service was exceptional, and I’m very grateful for the effort and professionalism shown. Thank you again!

I’m very happy with the service! The cake was delivered on time, and everything went smoothly. My girlfriend was so surprised and happy when she received it, which made it extra special. ❤️ Their customer service is truly the best—very responsive, helpful, and reassuring throughout the whole process. I felt safe knowing that everything was being taken care of. Thank you for making this special occasion even more memorable! 🎂💕 Highly recommended!

The support / communication I received from customer service team was excellent. Answering questions promptly and giving updated information on delivery and dietary needs excellent and the cake was delicious, boxed and delivered beautifully.

I was so very happy with the service and the quality of the items I ordered. The recipient was very pleased with not only the quality of the cakes but the lovely presentation. I’ll definitely return to order again!
